With a compendium of texts in PDF format, we cover all the most relevant aspects concerning this delicious drink.

What is known as Wine is an alcoholic beverage produced by fermentation of grape juice. This fermentation takes place thanks to the action of the yeasts found in the pomace of the fruit.

The word wine is derived from the Latin «vinum», which is believed to come from the Greek «oinos».
Palates can detect very marked differences between different types of wine. Its flavor changes according to the grape variety, the climate where the fruit was grown, and the winery, among other aspects.

Wine itself is an art, as is knowing how to combine it well with food. In this respect, the flavors of wine and food should reinforce each other, and not counteract each other.

In order for you to know a little more about the art of wine, we have created this select list of more than 15 books about wine in PDF format.

On the other hand, we also include books in Spanish and Portuguese, so that you can enjoy reading in any of these languages.
